Guys I am building this car for the local radio DJ, Eric off of X106.3 to run at the Rockin Asphault Assault on May 31st. I am very surprised at how the frame is built it looks very tough and I think that it will be a very tough car. My question is about the bumper shocks. They are those very strange I beam looking ones. How do you get the rubber out of these. I think that just the box with the plate welded to them and the boxes welded up solid to the frame rails and then the plates to the bumpers would be very tough. Let me know what you guys think.
